Blackstone Minerals is a leading battery and precious metals exploration and development company.

They are focused on building an integrated upstream and downstream battery metals processing business in Vietnam; producing Nickel: Cobalt: Manganese (NCM) Precursor products for Asia’s growing Lithium-ion battery industry.

They needed a Non-Executive Director that would share their progressive vision and think outside the box. By applying our rigorous board search and due diligence process, we found them the right appointment: Alison Gaines.

She has experience in the roles of Board Chair and board committee chair, particularly remuneration and nomination and governance committees.
