The movement of talent towards green metals and minerals companies

Today's issue of the West Australian features insights from our Director Laura Grierson, Canaccord Mining Analyst Reg Spencer, and some of our recent appointments into future-facing companies including Jo Gaines (Chalice Mining), Brett Hazelden (OD6 Metals), Adrienne Parker (Liontown Resources), and Carmen Letton (Technology Metals Australia).

Our Research team compiled some valuable Q1 data highlighting the growing number of ASX-listed resource and energy companies in pursuit of a net-zero future. Of this quarter’s 178 appointments, 53% were in future-facing commodities and renewables, while 47% were in precious and bulk commodities and oil and gas.

*The future-facing metals categorisation includes lithium, rare earths, nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, aluminium, zinc etc.
